1. The participation is FREE, without extra fees
2. You can submit as many films as you want
3. You can participate in as many categories as you want
4. Each film can only participate in one nomination
5. We accept any project graded with Dehancer (at least one Film Profile was used)
6. We accept submissions released from 2020 and later
7. We do not accept hardware/software product tests and reviews
8. Trailers and demo reels allowed for Feature Film, Short Film and Documentary categories only, where the full movie cannot be shared publicly.
9. You must own the copyright to all footage and music in your film, or have written permission to use it
10. The application must be submitted by a colourist who performed the grade of the project
11. Films must be uploaded to Vimeo or YouTube and be publicly available
12. The video should be uploaded in the resolution of FullHD (1080p) or higher
13. Submission must not contain obscene, unlawful or objectionable material
14. Any entry in breach of the rules may be excluded from the competition. Dehancer Team reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any project for the submission category.
15. By submitting an entry to the Dehancer Colourist Awards contest, you give us permission to add you to our email list. We will not share your personal information with third parties.
16. By submitting the video you grant Dehancer the right to use the footage for marketing purposes (e.g. embedding on our website, using stills on our social media channels, newsletters, etc.)

The program of the Awards Ceremony, as well as the procedure for demonstrating the submitted works of the participants, are determined by the Organiser of the Awards.
